Comfortable apartments in Philadelphia, PA

This was my and my husband's first home together. We absolutely loved it here. Josette was always amazing and made us feel so welcome. The maintenance gentleman were so kind and friendly. They always got things done quickly. If you are thinking of moving here, do it. It's a wonderful place with wonderful people.

Park Terrace offers a variety of apartments clean, simple, safe in a quiet, comfortable neighborhood, near many public services including bus lines and major travel corridors. The manager, Josette, is cheerful, welcoming, informative, and personable. There are extra perks too like coin laundry machines on site, elevators, outdoor swimming pool. We had looked at over 30 apartment complexes before settling on this one.

I’ve been living at Park Terrace for about a year now and really like my apartment. The area is great, it’s a nice quiet neighborhood. Josette, the property manager, has been very helpful since the start of my move in & approval process. She’s made things very easy and got me the unit I was looking for at a fair price range, with a completely renovated unit. Over the last year, she has been great at taking care of any issues that may have come up and is always available to assist with anything I may need. As a result, I have just decided to renew for another year and would highly recommend this community if you’re looking.

I love living here ! I feel safe , I feel comfortable, everyone is so nice . Josette has gone above and beyond I can’t thank her enough she is the sweetest and kindest person.She is always willing to help. The pool has been my son’s favorite! Always clean always enjoyable… we recommend this place to all

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at Park Terrace apartments. Josette took care of everything we needed from the day we moved in to the day we moved out, she’s the best we’ve come across and we’ve been to a few other apartments. None comparable! We would recommend this apartment to anyone!
